moody walls

for years, i've been a huge proponent of paint, specifically dark, bold paint. i remember as an apartment dweller loathing the fact that i was restricted to white walls. and now, all of a sudden, (probably because of my obsession with traci at 45 wall design's eichler), all i want are white walls. everywhere. in every room. sandy gallin style.

before i grab a roller and start white-washing everything in my house, i thought i'd pay my respects to some of the most glamorous, dramatic, cozy, inspiring dark rooms i've seen in my web wanderings of late.
